Job Responsibilty
This position will be responsible for Aftermarket e-invoicing, backend operations and majority interactions with cross-functional internal customers. The candidate will also support SAP processing of quotes, Service maintenance orders, contracts etc.
Duties & Responsibilities
What you’ll do:
This role requires the candidate to generate e-invoices and subsequently, send the same to customers.
To ensure proper coordination between internal and external stakeholders and timely response & closure of the invoicing.
Preparing bid approvals, quote/ proposal (SAP & excel based) and booking PO/ contract in SAP in line with financial attributes and ServiceMax (salesforce module) requirements. All related work of Salesforce administrator.
Order verification WRT commercial proposal and releasing formal order acknowledgement letters to customers.
To ensure proper coordination between internal and external stakeholders and timely response & closure of the open action item.
To ensure the Smiths Code of Corporate Responsibility and Business Ethics is upheld in all activities
The Individual
What you’ll definitely need:
Graduate with a College Degree; preferably with a finance/technical background.
Minimum of 1-2 years commercial e-invoice experience directly involved in aftermarket service activities. Prior experience working in the SAP environment, invoice and data analysis & presentation.
Excel skills: – Complex Data Analysis, MIS reporting and Dashboard based reporting.
SAP Skills :- Financial Accounting Module (FI)->, Credit check, Aging Receivable and Invoice. Sales & Distribution Module (SD)-> Inquiries, proposals, quotations, pricing, and order booking.
MS Office: – Tools and software like Word, Outlook, One Drive, Teams.
Desirable Skills
PowerPoint skills to develop content based on data.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM/module.
Individuals should possess good communications skills and have a strong orientation for customer focus and teamwork. Must be responsive to all internal and external issues with a solution-oriented attitude.
