Full Job Description
· Ensuring that all activities and programs related to HR are implemented in accordance with the organizations HR strategy. This would encompass recruitment, training & development, compensation/remuneration, organizational development, relocation, health, safety and employee welfare, HR administration, HR information systems, payroll, employee communication, employee/labor relations.
· Employee Grievance Management Ensuring that employee grievance mechanism is smooth and effective on a day today basis.
· Have an ear to the ground. Have cordial relations with employees across cadre in production, have a constant pulse on employee sentiment and be able to bring to Top management attention any/all information of substance.
· Ensure that there is a feeling and overall employee experience of fairness and equality.
· Manage Overtime and work allocation process effectively and in the mutual best interest of the employees and the company. Controlling costs and maximizing productivity.

Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹27,483.00 per month
