Description We are looking for highly motivate candidates who would be Responsible for Troubleshooting, Testing and Developing of RDU Application.
Job Responsibilities 1. Provide 2nd level customer support, by interpreting customer queries and problems, gathering information to investigate, debug, replicate, test, document results, writing and changing documentation when required.
2. Responsible for providing Tactical fixes to ensure BAU is not affected.
3. Required to work on Utilities for automating critical tasks using scripts or tools.
4. Ensure all support issues are fully logged and documented on incident management system, and ensure that all issues are fully managed, including regular customer updates.
5. Work closely with Development team to ensure issues are quickly fixed and deployed on production
Key Skills 1. Analytic problem solving skills and IT background.
2. Java/J2EE Coding, Analysis and deployment skills

Desirable Skills 1. Quick Learner – Learning the domain, product and support client in a quicker span of time.
