Job Brief: We are looking for a skilled HR manager to oversee all aspects of Human Resources practices and processes. You will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives. The goal is to promote corporate values and enable business success through human resources management, including job design, recruitment, performance management, training & development, employment cycle changes, talent management, and facilities management services.Roles and Responsibilities1. Handling the entire Recruitment2. Planning & implementing cost-effective sourcing strategies from Employee referrals, Portals, Walk-Ins, Mass-mailing, Job Posting, Cold calling, Online social networks, or External vendors.3. Searching CVs, validating the profiles in terms of Salary, technical matching, Communication, confidence level, etc.4. Execute Pre-Screening of the profiles, Conducting Telephonic & in-person Interviews.5. Completing documentation, taking HR interviews, salary negotiation, Offer Letter creation etc.6. Coordination / Pre joining engagement with the candidates till successful onboarding.7. Building the database through References, Buddy Referral Scheme, and Head Hunting.8. Managing company-wide employee engagement , Employee Induction9. Handling employee relations, disciplinary concerns, and grievance handling as per the defined guidelines/policies10. Maintaining employee database on HRMS & managing attendance of employeesLooking after payroll and statutory compliances.11.
