As a Talent Acquisition Manager, You will be responsible for leading a specific hiring for a vertical or skills as part of the overall hiring strategy and execution for your assigned programs.
Partner with Business leaders and stakeholders to provide leadership with thoughtful and create interpretations in delivering results.
Create a strong sourcing strategy for securing top quality talent for the organization proactively building pipelines for the current and future hiring needs.
Should have gained experience in Talent Acquisition with Large / Mid sized IT services Organization.
Must possess excellent abilities in social and digital media with the finest networking skills on trending networks.
Must also have Social Savvy behavior to quickly embarking onto Talent branding to hire talent.
