About the team: Our People Operations team solves organizational and workplace challenges to enable our teams to grow and work together effectively. We support everything from hiring and onboarding to ensure our teams are properly resourced to building the internal culture, processes, and policies that cultivate our employee experience.*About the role*As a member of our People Operations team, you will be responsible for shaping our employee experience and driving initiatives to foster an inclusive, people-first company culture. You’ll design and lead our company’s internal events, employee recognition, and employee engagement programs.Needless to say, there’s never a dull time at slice. You’ll be promised all the perks of joining a fast-paced, hyper-growth startup that aims to disrupt the payments space.*What You will do*Oversee responsibility for primary HR business functions, which includes managing the company HRIS, administering employee benefits, and managing vendor relationships.Provide high touch support to new employees by responding to questions quickly and with a friendly and helpful approachCrafting experiences that will make employees feel valued and foster a sense of belonging.
