In this role of a Customer Success Manager, you play an important role in making our vision a success. Customer Success Managers are responsible for external coordination of our enterprise engagement to ensure that we are delivering value on time and with the promised quality.
In the primary part of your role:
You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining customer relationships in assigned accounts
Keeping customer first, you will be required to ensure that we deliver business value to the customer and continuously find ways to improve the value being delivered.
Define and own the business metrics for each customer
You will be required to constantly align the internal team’s priorities with the customer’s objectives.
Conduct quarterly business reviews to access the impact of the project
You will also be co-working with the product working-group to help them improve the overall platform and to prioritise the high-impact initiatives in the roadmap based on feedback/demands from customers.
If you have worked in the B2B domain with at least 4-5+ years of experience in Customer Success and have built relationships at CXO level, you are what we are looking for.
Job location: Mumbai and Delhi (preferred)
