Responsibilities and Duties
Source, validate, negotiate, confirm technical experience, skill level, and communication skills for various technologies for both contract-to-hire, and full-time hire positions .
Candidate search using LinkedIn, Database, consultancies and all Job portals and other sources for finding qualified candidates.
Work closely with placement firms to obtain quality candidates continuously and maintain a pipeline. Providing on time updates and feedback to the Internal team.
Communicates with client hiring managers to understand needs and timelines. Builds professional relationships with candidates and clients.
Interview candidates to evaluate their technical and communication skill for positions.
Coordinate interviews with clients and candidates. Act immediately to requirements and ensure quick closures.
Daily reporting and team Management.
Requirements:
Experience:1.5 to 2 Years (Relevant experience in HR is only considered)
Strong & Effective communication skills(oral and written)
Good understanding of full-cycle recruiting
Must have proficiency in English
The ability to work as part of a team
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent administrative and organizational skills
Leadership skills
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or any other field.
Required Experience and Qualifications
Experience: 1.5 – 2 years in IT Recruiter( Preferred )
Graduation: Any Degree( Preferred )
Proficient in English( Preferred )
