Work on the recruitment delivery for contract staffing positions from IT clients of Ciel
Define job description and communicate the same in the public domain appropriately as well as with the potential candidates
Create a candidate persona for each open position/ mandate
Identify prospective candidates using a variety of sourcing channels and appropriate screening process
Follow-up references and check credibility of candidates
Present shortlisted candidates to the client in a compelling manner
Coordinate with the client SPOCs rigorously throughout the recruiting cycle for each mandate
Follow a sustainable candidate lead strategy to create back-ups
Use the technology tools used at Ciel for managing the candidate lifecycle and updating them on a daily and weekly basis to keep the data up to date.
Leverage social media & digital tools to source, engage and manage candidates
Ensure employer branding by leveraging the digital medium
Growth focus:
Follow the processes as defined by CIEL as well as the requirements given by the clients
Based on the targets given, make a plan and execute the same to achieve the targets
Use data to track performance
Leverage technology in carrying out ones work
Show a hunger to create a bigger impact, learns best practices proactively, and deploy them as appropriate
Clients:
Communicate with clients to get a clear view of their context, hiring needs and specific requirements of each mandate
Research the industry sector to which the client belongs and the client organisation – its service offerings, clients, competitors, plans and the attractiveness of the employer brand etc.
Develop and implement recruitment strategies based on clients needs
Build long-term client relationships to keep growing the wallet share in favour of CIEL
Subject matter expertise development:
Research the market trends around the skillsets hired in the industry – skills in demand, candidate behaviours, talent attraction methods in vogue etc.
Sustain a high quality of output on a consistent basis
Has relevant experience in recruitment in the IT staffing service line and the IT sector hiring – IT Contract staffing experience will be preferable
Excellent understanding of recruitment processes including usage of technology such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Social Recruiting methods, Job portals etc.
Deep knowledge of various methods used to select candidates and engage with candidates especially in the IT contract staffing sector
Good understanding of Employer Branding strategies
Solution mindset
Skilled communicator – verbal as well as written, good listening skills, persuasive and empathetic in conversations
Believes in collaborative working with others in the team and builds rapport with internal stakeholders
