Job Roles & Responsibilities:

• Advise patients about the HexaHealth service through structured discussions
• Understand patient’s profile & problems to explain the benefits of our services
• Guide the patient to the right hospital/doctor, manage their consultation and handhold them throughout their journey
• Directly impact revenue generation

Job Overview:

Responsible for acting as a liaison between the patient and the company. Provides assistance via call, chat and/or email to the patients with their medical related concerns, questions, issues, service requirements, billing, and any other query. After understanding patient’s concern, guide him/her with emplaned doctor and hospital with us internally and need to be on rigorous follow up with the patient until the surgery is performed and maintain the patient experience as per company standard.

Salary: ₹300,000.00 – ₹450,000.00 per month
