Profile: Senior Software Developer

Job Description:
As a Senior Software Engineer, candidate will assist in the design, development and implementation of software applications to meet both functional and technical requirements.

Responsibilities-
• Working with an agile team to develop, test, and maintain web and desktop-based business applications built on Java technologies.
• Design, develop, and unit test applications in accordance with established standards.
• Preparing reports, manuals and other documentation on the status, operation and maintenance of software.
• Participating in peer-reviews of solution designs and related code.

Requirements-
• 2+ years of experience in software development and delivery.
• Expertise in Core Java – Collections, Generics, Exception Handling, Annotations, Reflection
• Understanding of Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) concepts by designing and developing with abstraction, loose coupling, and cohesion in mind
• Hands-on experience in Spring, Spring-boot, Selenium, git
• Experience in creating Automated Unit Tests using Flexible/Open Source Frameworks Java, Cucumber and Spring boot. Writing mocks and service virtualization scenarios
• Strong debugging & problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of open source tools

Bonus Points-
• Full-stack knowledge (Angular 2, Postgres)
• Experience with cloud environments such as Amazon and related Amazon Web Services

Annual Compensation: Upto INR 9.5 LPA (effect on salary in Probation period / Training period)

Degree and Stream: B.E./B.Tech with Computer Science, Information Technology and other related fields
