Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the overall logistics and delivery operations for a set of medical imaging and product portfolio
• Manage, coach and develop a local team resources by conducting regular employee performance reviews including planning and monitoring of performance targets and KPIs
• Coordinate with your support functions (Quality, Finance, PLM, Sales) to ensure the entire team is aligned, audit proven processes are in place and the team has the best setup in place to execute on their tasks.
• Act as the Go to person for the team for all functional questions when it comes to the logistics processes
• Implement, support and develop the digital logistics and order handling process for our Software portfolio
• Act as working manager, being responsible for the team’s people management but also take over operational tasks within the group
• Align for processes, tools and business strategies with peers, local management and international management
• Deploys SC / Logistics Strategy according to superior strategy.
• Defines and ensures implementation of SC / Logistics standards, regulations and guidelines.
• Manages and contributes to overarching SC / Logistics programs and initiatives.
• Takes care for effective risk management measures
• Ensures efficiency of SC / Logistics operations.
• Acts as personal advisor to unit’s Executives and Senior Management in all SC / Logistics related issues

Education & other Qualification

• MBA/Masters in Logistics/Supply Chain/Operations

• 10 to 12 years of overall experience with at least 5 to 7 years in Logistics
