Your profile
You should be an experienced 5-8 years IT professional with your graduation in IT Business Administration. You must be a technology enthusiast who can leverage Project/Service Management design principals combined with latest technologies to realize any software/Service Management solutions. You will be working closely with Business.
Technical Skills & Experience
You have successfully completed your studies in (business) computer science or business administration
You bring at least 5-8 years of relevant experience, ideally in the context Procurement / Supply Chain Services
Expert in Requirement engineering and translation between business and service provider
Expert in solution design and implementation approach
Advanced knowledge of SAP ARIBA and Central Procurement or similar procurement solutions and landscapes
Advanced knowledge of ERP/S4 MM
Advanced skills in IT Project / Rollout Management (Time / Quality)
Advanced knowledge of SCM Processes (operational procurement)
Advanced experience in Stakeholder Management
ITIL / Operations / Service management Background
Your Responsibilities
Project management for the integration of the ARIBA / Central Procurement landscape with relevant interfaces, especially SAP ERP and SAP S/4 Systems
Development and controlling of rollout schedule together with project leads
Elaboration and maintenance of action list (IT focus) together with IT WS lead
Status reporting to project leads
Requirement engineering of country specifics for R2O indirect procurement and support for solution designer
Challenge requirements against tool standards and harmonized processes
Ensure solution design documentation (acc. project templates) of rollout alignment results together with IT WS lead
Steering and controlling of implementation progress of interfaces and execution of IT relevant testing
Ensure business acceptance of implementation
Support smooth handover to stable operations
