We are looking for HR person, who will also work as IT/Technical Recruiters. The person need to independently work on fulfilling IT positions.
Key Responsibilities:
– Managing HR process in the company
– Managing end-to-end recruitment cycle/process
– Ensure all the recruitment is in accordance with the recruitment policy
– Negotiation with the selected candidates on salary
– Communicating with candidates, clients, and other stakeholders
Required Skills:
– 1+ years of HR & IT Recruitment experience would be preferred
– Strong sourcing skills for technical resumes through different job portals and social media platforms
– Must have good knowledge of technical terms and research skills to source the right fit
– Should be strong in keyword and Boolean search techniques
– Must have excellent communication skills
– Should be committed, self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal guidance
Qualification: B.E / B.Tech / MBA (HR) or equivalent
Compensation: Excellent salary with liberal incentives
