The core team having 50 plus years of professional experience in understanding the Indian environment and setting up new distribution channel and mentoring the associates with innovative investment solutions, technology, operations, and customer service management assistance to entrepreneurs entering into property space and helping them managing their clients in a structured approach.
About the internship/job:
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Handling full cycle of recruitment from requirement understanding to sourcing of candidates through an in-house database, using job portals 2. Handle recruitment activities from gathering the requisitions, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, follow up till the candidate joins 3. Interview, conduct thorough pre-screening, and assessment of potential candidates, conduct skills assessment to evaluate candidates technical skills and competencies, and assess candidates ability to fit the work environment
