Looking for an Exports Manager with reasonable experience in Food industry.
Key Areas of Responsibility
1. The basic and most important step is to identify new business opportunities by tapping potential customers from different countries.
2. Experience in FMCG Industry.
3. To plan, design, develop and implement various sales activities by researching customer needs and requirements.
4. To ensure that existing customers are retained and maintained while developing new customers:
5. To ensure that all sales and marketing activities are carried out within the agreed budget, volume, sales and time scale.
6. To take initiatives and efforts to develop constructive and effective solutions to any issues that slow down or hinder export processes and activities.
7. Continuously review the performance of distributors / customers and monitor their work to provide relevant information to management.
8. In addition to these responsibilities, do market research, survey and study competitors and their marketing and sales strategies.
9. Based on that, create new plans that will help the organization to advance in the competition by prioritizing the target countries.
10.Train and guide sales representatives and create awareness about products in target countries by running advertising and marketing campaigns.
Job Description
1. Formulation and implementation of all export strategies.
2. Oversee the work of sales personnel.
3. Preparation of effective business plan for all projects to achieve the desired goal.
4. Oversee all sales transactions and review all customer feedback for all orders and payments.
5. Training staff members and new recruits.
6. Identify new markets and find ways to promote the market.
7. Maintain good customer relationships with staff members.
8. Resolving customer queries regarding exports and costs.
9. Responsible for the management and coordination of shipping to international destinations.
10.Ensure that products are made available in international markets by analyzing customer trends and developing sales plans and strategies to meet their needs.
11.To plan, design, develop and implement various sales activities by researching the needs and requirements of the customers.
12.Plan, coordinate and collaborate with the team to ensure timely execution of orders.
13.Establish appropriate business conditions and ensure recovery of debts for key accounts, new customers.
14.Support the key accounts team for product offers, energy workshops, sales execution and planning.
15.Be sure to retain and retain existing customers while developing new customers.
16.Review the performance of subsidiaries, distributors / channel partners and monitor their work.
17.To achieve overall cost-effective performance for optimizing overall logistics and exports.
18.Working on packaging materials (box / lamination).
