Shades of Spring is redefining the flower delivery experience, making the giving and receiving of beautiful fresh flowers the joy it is meant to be. We are the original subscription online flower delivery company and now offer a number of new products including the occasion boxes and hand-tied bouquets, in addition to our current subscription flower range. We offer next-day online flower delivery across Bangalore and will be expanding to more cities soon. All our flowers are hand-picked by our farmers all over India. These flowers are packed in specially designed boxes by floral experts to ensure they arrive in pristine condition, ready for styling into a beautiful bouquet.
About the internship/job:
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Identify future hiring needs, develop job descriptions and specifications 2. Collaborate with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements 3. Write and proofread job descriptions 4. Review applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements 5. Recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting 6. Use a multi-channel approach to recruit 7. Attract suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc. 8. Conduct telephonic interviews and sort through applicants to fill open positions 9. Assess applicants’ knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions 10. Promote the company’s reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity

Other requirements:
Fresher, 0 – 1 year of experience as a recruiter or similar HR role Ability and willingness to learn about the position requirements Passion about HR and talent acquisition methods Ability to scan large volumes of resumes Critical thinker and problem-solving skills A team player Good time-management skills Great interpersonal and communication skills Degree in business administration or relevant field
