Regional Sales Manager
Design and execute effective direct sales strategies and lead regionwide sale personnel.
Develop sales plans, including target groups, marketing tactics and timelines.
Appoint and lead regional wise sales team members to achieve sales targets.
Provide leadership through effective communication of objectives, agile coaching, and development while meeting sales goals.
Provide budget control, compensation programs, sales management and incentive planning.
Increase customer retention through communication and problem solving.
Oversee the activities and performance of the sales team.
Identify new potential customers and market opportunities.
Monitor and analyze the company’s sales procedures and performance metrics.
Skill & Requirement
6years of sales experience, including 2years in a similar position.
Proven track record of exceeding sales goals.
Ability to travel extensively.
Excellent negotiation skills with a customer service attitude
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Time management skills, self motivated and problem-solving skills.
Ability to make decisions independently.
