Recruitment & Selection: Prepare Manpower Planning & Managing complete recruitment process for all departments like Store Operations, Sales, Marketing, Helathcare,Pharma,Warehouse, and Product Management Team.§ Training & Development: Training Need identification, arrange the training program, Co-ordinate with concern Manager & Managing Director for the same. Also doing review of training.§ Pay Roll Administration & Time Keeping: Managing payroll function for 45 employees Salary deductions, loans. generate attendance report of the 4 States( Gujarat, Rajasthan, M.P., Chhattisgarh) employees. Attendance by CBO Software .Releasing Expense for Field Staff -Travel Expense as per policy .§ Routine HR work verification- Verified joining formalities, Offer, Appointment, Promotion, Transfer, Confirmation, Reliving & Experience Letters & various certificates like Residence Proof Certificate, etc. Inducting New joined about the company and its policies in brief.Statutory Compliances- Dealing with legal compliance under different acts like PF Act, ESIC, Shops & Establishment Act,Gujarat Labour Welfare Act, PT, Prepare Full & Final settlements.§ MIS & Maintain Database: To maintain personal Files of existing employees, Updating and Maintaining Manpower Database, prepare various MIS every month like Manpower reports, Salary reports & Org. Charts. Processing joining orders, increments, promotion orders.§ Performance Appraisal: cycle as per company policy i.e. quarterly, Half yearly or yearly§ Admin Activities: Taking care of House Keeping & Check attendance & Stationery details, Traveling Policy Design and implementation, Meeting preparation for Employees, Guest.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹200,000.00 – ₹300,000.00 per yearSchedule:Fixed shiftEducation:Master’s (Preferred)Experience:Recruiting: 2 years (Preferred)
