Full Job DescriptionManaging the assessment of the project and its requirements.Should posses knowledge in any of the following software’s: AutoCAD /3ds Max/ Staad Pro./ Revit Architecture/ MSP/ Primevera/ Google Sketchup (V-RAY).Assessing the impact and feasibility of site due diligence, preliminary layout and up to the final engineering design.Preparing architectural drawings and schematic designs based on project requirements.Studying and assessing the drawings, plans, specifications and other documents relating to the project.Determining the budget, project schedules and scope of work and deploying appropriate staff.Directing, leading and supporting other engineering and skilled personnel in managing and executing multiple tasks and projects.Directing onsite construction teams.Collaborating and interacting with construction teams, architects and outside project developers and consultants.Managing the deliverable on time and within the budget.Initiating and ensuring standard civil engineering discipline in drawings and plans.Adhering to the best practices, standards and procedures of the company.Adherence of Safety standard and ensuring effective implementation at working siteOverseeing quality control, health and safety matters on siteVerify the accuracy of survey data, including measurements and calculations conducted at project sites.Record the results of surveys, including the shape, contour, location, elevation, and dimensionsAccountable for the quality and workmanship of every activity, precise knowledge of all aspects of engineering construction relating to civil projects.Responsible for QA/QC documents of the complete project including calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports and site instruction/observations.Review the quality of all materials at the site and ensure compliance with all project specifications and quality and collaborate with the department for all material procurement and maintain records.Co-ordinate with the project team to solve site issues if any,Issuing Work permit taking clearance from all process owners and closing it after completion of the job.Maintaining Manpower report, Daily work progress and update.Must have adequate knowledge in construction drawings and execution at site as per the drawing.Preparing Bar Bending Schedule.Capable to prepare initial BOQ with estimation and costingJob Types: Full-time, ContractPay: ₹9,298.00 – ₹38,758.00 per monthSchedule:Morning shiftEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Quality Contro l / Maintenance: 5 years (Preferred)total work: 1 year (Preferred)Industrial Construction: 1 year (Preferred)Work Remotely:NoSpeak with the employer+91 9711155762
