Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Product Manager to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of our digital wellness products. This role will play a critical part in shaping the future of Detoxit’s platform by identifying user needs, defining impactful product experiences, and delivering innovative solutions that drive engagement, retention, and meaningful behavioral change.

The ideal candidate combines strong product leadership, analytical thinking, user empathy, and a passion for digital well-being. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, design, data science, marketing, and leadership teams to build products that help millions of users achieve healthier digital lifestyles.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute product strategy aligned with Detoxit’s mission, business objectives, and user needs.
• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery and ideation to launch, optimization, and scaling.
• Conduct user research, market analysis, and competitive assessments to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
• Translate customer insights and business goals into clear product requirements, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes.
• Partner closely with engineering, UX/UI design, and data teams to deliver exceptional user experiences.
• Prioritize features and initiatives using data, customer feedback, experimentation, and strategic impact.
• Establish product success metrics and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to engagement, retention, well-being outcomes, and revenue growth.
• Drive A/B testing, behavioral analytics, and experimentation frameworks to continuously improve product performance.
• Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to support product launches, adoption, and customer education.
• Communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap effectively to executives, stakeholders, and team members.
• Mentor and support junior product managers while helping build a strong product culture across the organization.

Qualifications Required

• 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in a senior product leadership role.
• Proven track record of launching and scaling successful consumer-facing digital products or mobile applications.
• Strong expertise in product discovery, roadmap planning, user research, and agile product development.
• Experience working with analytics tools, experimentation platforms, and data-driven decision-making processes.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Psychology, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.

Preferred

• Experience in digital wellness, mental health, productivity, behavioral science, consumer technology, or health-tech industries.
• Familiarity with behavioral design principles, habit formation frameworks, and engagement optimization strategies.
• Experience working in fast-paced startup environments and scaling products from early-stage growth to maturity.
• MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
