Ensure that equipment, tools, Utilities and Building are in excellent condition for use. Propose plans for preventive maintenance and corrective action.
Partner with Production Team to develop online maintenance plan and montioring
Developing specialized knowledge in their discipline. Serves as best practice/quality resource. Has awareness of latest technical developments in own area. Contributes towards strategy and policy development, and ensure delivery within area of responsibility.
Has in-depth knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; has working knowledge of competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market
Uses judgment to make decisions or solve moderately complex tasks or problems in areas of operational/product management, manufacturing, technology or engineering. Takes new perspective on existing solutions. Uses technical experience and expertise for data analysis to support recommendations. Lead from front and drive effective team management, develop maintenance planning (comprehensive maintenance plan and schedules) and execution plan, establish preventive, predictive and correction maintenance tasks, monitor and analyze equipment performance parameters and reliability metrics
Demonstrate Technical expertise in troubleshooting through effective Root cause analysis, stay current with industry trends.
Track and maintenance expenditures and variances
Ensure Safety and compliance regulation at equipment and at facility level. Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments
Identify Continuous Improvements opportunities to drive productivity, cost efficiencies and technology upgrades.
Required Qualifications
This role requires significant experience in the Manufacturing & Equipment Maintenance. Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor degree (In Mechanical / Electrical) with 15 years equivalent experience or Master’s degree from an accredited university or college with 12 years equivalent experience. Preferred (not mandatory) experience from Wind industry.
TPM and CBM experience is preferred
Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and control systems.
Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards
