Spearheading entire sales operations into different verticals. Conceptualizing MS Dynamics NAV & MS Dynamics CRM strategies, sales initiatives such as campaigns, seminars & analyzing market for verticals like BFSI, Real Estate, Telecom Services, Hospitality, Media and Manufacturing to increase client acquisition.
Job Responsibilities
Handling sales division and targets. To achieve targets, Direct Sales, Building and Managing the support sales team, Managing Alliance Partners and license vendor’s Profitability and Satisfaction
Planning budgets and annual forecasts. Develop course corrections through Monthly Opportunity / Pipeline reviews and Quarterly Business Plan Reviews
Interfacing with key influencers among senior level prospects
Evaluating cost estimations and quotations
Contract negotiations and closures
Managing business goals as Individual contributor, Team player and Team Leader with a combination of irreproachable integrity and strong work ethic
Handling PAN India region and International Markets to create a strong presence of the Microsoft Dynamics ERP/CRM License
Defend the overall value proposition and build credibility with the client. Experience in creating and nurturing relationships with CXOs and other senior management personnel across Customer and Partner organizations
Maintaining vendor relationship with License distributors and other partners to ensure successful deliverables
Work along with sales teams and guide them in managing specific sales opportunities, Demand generation, Readiness and Customer Reference Plans

Managing sales at PAN India region and International (APAC, Dubai, Germany, UK and US)
Working closely with internal departments to develop proper account strategy and also to ensure proper customer support
Understanding the buying processes of large organization and effectively negotiating and closing large deals
Coordinating with Microsoft team, maintaining relationship with them to formulate and execute sales plans for profitable business
Maximizing sales performance with the combination of exceptional customer experience, people management and effective cost control
Driving and managing the entire sales process – targeting to top prospects, identifying client solutions, negotiating and closing
Working on RFPs, requirements, Proposals/bid submission and commercial negotiations
