Full Job Description
1. Recruitment:
i. Monitoring and tracking all recruitments
ii. Sourcing candidates through Job Portals / References / Social Media etc.
iii. Validate candidates and arrange interviews with respective managers / process owners
iv. Negotiate Salary and Joining Date and prepare salary structures for candidates at final stages of interview
v. Create and send Offer Letter to selected candidate
vi. Keep in touch with candidates till they join
vii. Closing positions as per set TAT
viii. Updating status through MIS with HR Manager
2. Document Verification and Reference Check:
i. Collect all required documents from candidates and verify
ii. Reference Check over phone / email
3. Joining Formalities:
i. Handover all joining forms to new joinee and get them filled as applicable
ii. Email Creation / Laptop or Desktop issuance / Seating / Stationery
4. Induction:
i. Complete induction with explaining Company Policies
ii. Explain Attendance Process
iii. Handover employee to respective managers / process owners
5. Candidate Profile:
i. B.Com. / B.Sc. / BCA / B.A.
ii. Experience in Recruitment for at least 1 year is a must
iii. Must have Good Communication, Negotiation & Presentation skills
iv. Self motivated with Leadership qualities
v. Must be a go getter and able to achieve goals
