Requirements

• Fluent English
• Chartered Accountant preferred; at least Bachelor/Master in Business Administration or similar qualification
• At least 5 years of working experience in a similar position

Description of Responsibilities

Accounting

Accounting according to IFRS in Quickbooks (ERP system), including:

• Post incoming and outgoing invoices
• Verify and post expense reports
• Monthly closing including evaluation of provisions/accruals, receivables, and inventory
• Confirm intercompany receivables and payables with other SA group companies
• Independently complete financial statements
• Prepare MIS reports for Management review

Cash & Payments

• Independently manage and monitor cash and cash flow
• Operate e-banking accounts and handle all communications with the bank
• Prepare weekly 13-week cash flow forecast in the treasury management system
• Monitor accounts receivable and actively follow up on collection of overdue receivables

Controlling & Forecasting

• Support local team and European management with analyses, breakdowns and other information or explanations upon request

Local Finance Issues

• Coordinate the annual audit and prepare financials / documents for the external auditing firm
• Ensure business and other licenses remain valid and are extended if necessary
• Coordinate our consultant for various compliance matters related government regulators like ROC, GST, TDS, tax filings.

• Assist in implementation of new ERP accounting system

Salary: ₹80,000.00 – ₹125,000.00 per month
