Major Responsibilities:
End to end recruitment – sourcing, screening, conducting interviews, documentation, offer and onboarding.
Sourcing candidates from different portals and social media platforms.
Screen applications as per the requirement and shortlist profiles.
Coordinating and scheduling interviews for the shortlisted candidates.
Sharing and coordination of assignments and aptitude test rounds.
Documentation and conducting reference checks.
Negotiating and sharing offer letters.
Ensure a smooth onboarding of employees.
Ensure that the candidate’s hiring experience is positive.
Help in Conducting employee engagement activities to ensure high levels of motivation, commitment and satisfaction.
