Responsibilities:
· Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems oversees the implementation of Human Resources programs through Human Resources staff. Monitors administration to established standards and procedures. Identifies opportunities for improvement and resolves any discrepancies.
· Provide counseling on policies and procedures
· Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
· The role responsible for ensuring timely and accurate delivery of payroll. Overall responsibility for payroll processing and administration manage certain time bound processes and ensure validation of data to be accurate and truthful.
· Create and implement effective onboarding plans Leads the development of department goals, objectives, and systems
· Develop training and development programs Establishes an in-house employee training system that addresses company training needs including training needs assessment.
· Assist in performance management processes
· Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
· Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements
· Designs and directs and manages a company-wide process of organization development that addresses issues such as succession planning, superior workforce development, key employee retention, organization design, and change management.
Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance and Ensuring time lines are met for salary disbursement and statutory compliance.
Qualifications:
· Proven experience as HR, administrator or other HR position
· Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
· Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
· Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus
· Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
· Strong ethics and reliability
· MBA/BSc/BA in business administration or Relevant education
