Develops, drives and executes innovative recruiting strategies to proactively identify, source and recruit top talent.
Leads a recruiting team that works creatively and collaboratively throughout the organization with agreed service levels and metrics.
Collaborates with recruiting counterparts globally to establish best practices across the organization.
Provides leadership, consultation and guidance to the recruiting organization and hiring managers around the development of strategies for talent acquisition.
Provides leadership in the assessment and optimization of recruitment processes; partners with others to ensure full utilization of available technology to drive efficiency.
Partners with individuals at all levels within the organization to analyze staffing needs, develop and manage talent pipelines, and ensure alignment of recruitment processes with business needs.
Develops and champions new ideas and acts as Subject Matter Expert (SME) on talent acquisition process, systems and structure.
Negotiates, coordinates and manages agency and vendor relationships; reduces costs in the area of retained and contingent searches.
Develops and analyzes key recruiting metrics.
Supports and promotes programs in relation to hiring needs
Manages a requisition load of open positions as needed.
Ensures adherence to relevant government compliance requirements.
Requirement

Strong experience in leading the TA areas and entire recutiment life cycle.

Must be adaptable and possess creative problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated project-management skills
Total Years of Experience – More than 10-12 years of experience in the Talent Acquisiotion areas and atleast two years of experience in a leadership role.
