The Role
As the User Assistance Associate Developer (UAD), you will:
Create user assistance (UA) deliverables in English that enable users to deploy, administer, and use SAP software, with a strong focus on on-time and high-quality delivery
Collaborate and communicate confidently with internal stakeholders such as developers, product owners, user experience experts, UADs, and translators
Collaborate and communicate with external stakeholders such as customers and partners to develop and review UA deliverables
Ensure that UA deliverables are adhering to product standards and guidelines, and are written in the appropriate style and tone for the product and audience
Understand the product capabilities and technologies of the overall solution
Align with the UADs in your customer-facing Line of Business (LoB)
The Role Requirements
Overall 5+ years of relevant experience with preferably 2-3+ years of UA development for on premise or Cloud applications
Excellent written and spoken skills in English, ideally first-language proficiency in English
Ability to explain complex concepts in a structured, clear, and precise manner
Knowledge of documentation tools and languages (for example, IXIASOFT our DITA CMS)
Able to understand the needs of customers with respect to E2E user assistance scenarios
Excellent presentation and communication skills, including experience in direct customer communication
standards, cloud qualities, development guidelines in the development environment
