SUMMARY
The Engage Manager’s primary function is to provide onboarding and proactive support to the SAP Procurement Support organization through 1:1 performance coaching sessions and evaluate customer experience with customer interactions. The Engage Manager will be responsible for all initiatives to improve the customer experience working with the Procurement Support organization. The Engage Manager will work with all business areas to align on the process and best practices to reinforce through feedback coaching sessions and written evaluations. This role will collaborate with Enable teams with focus groups and opportunities to facilitate learning within the Procurement Support organization.
THE ROLE
Completes quality evaluations for assigned Procurement Support employees in the programs focused on improving the Customer Experience.
Delivers feedback and coaching in Engagement sessions for assigned participants focusing on best practices, processes, and communication to improve the customer experience.
Facilitates the general onboarding content for new hires in Procurement Support as assigned
Takes ownership of assigned onboarding groups for new hires and ensures all onboarding components are delivered effectively to give new hires the best possible experience.
Regularly aligns with Management to provide employee feedback and determine areas of focus based on Procurement Support priorities and challenges.
Participates in other Procurement Support projects that focus on supporting all of Procurement Support to increase employee engagement and improve our customer experience working with Procurement Support.
ROLE REQUIREMENT
Preferred 3 – 5 years’ experience providing customer support
Comfortable working with individuals from diverse cultures, other SAP and SAP Procurement Support, external customers, and partners
Strong understanding of employee engagement drivers and initiative
Proven ability to influence without direct authority
Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with an ability to self-manage and self-direct focus into meaningful work daily.
Superior customer service skills with experience in handling difficult customer situations
Proven experience successfully mentoring new hires and current employees.
