SUMMARY

We are looking for Architect to work on leading customer facing project implementations for Transportation Management and SAP Logistics Execution Solutions at SAP Solution Delivery @ Scale

THE ROLE

You shall be responsible for business consulting services to clients by applying industry, applications, and technical knowledge. The key objective is to establish and manage long-term relations between the customer and SAP. Engagements will cover the entire project life cycle (discovery & innovation, design, build and deploy phases). You shall be responsible to deliver services engagement to foster successful adoption of SAP Solutions and to pro-actively prevent/ resolve critical situations, via a strong organization and network within SAP and a sound understanding of the customer situation. Your role will be to –

• Understand customer’s business goals and strategy
• Customer Stakeholder Management including c-level interactions
• Lead in-house initiatives and focus groups to create knowledge assets and services
• Lead solutioning and presales activities for Transportation Management and Logistics execution Solutions
• Delivering value on the projects
• SAP internal Stakeholder Management

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

• Possess in depth knowledge of the SAP Transportation Management, SAP Extended Warehousing Management, SAP LBN, SAP Event Management solutions
• In depth knowledge in Road, Ocean, Air, Rail, Multimodal Transportation Processes
• In depth industry knowledge in Transportation Industry
• Experience in driving & conducting designing workshops for e2e business processes
• Design and configuration of e2e business processes including integration with Finance, Logistics, Billing solutions
• Have knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP’s solutions including the ability to develop solution frameworks including solution process landscapes and define integration touchpoints.
• Should have experience in creating Solution Architecture, Design Documents, configuring the system and preparing functional specifications and project relevant documentation.
• Should be well versed with project implementation methodologies – SAP Activate Methodology and SAP Solution Manager
• Work on customer proposals with Bid Management and Sales Teams, create the necessary value-proposition and package the service offerings that makes it a winning deal
• Ability to quickly ramp up on new and changing regulations and industries
• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering / Post-Graduate degree in Management (preferred)
• Strong analytical skills, result-oriented and effectiveness in problem solving.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• SAP Certifications in above areas will be a plus
• Additional knowledge of other services industries will be added advantage
• Knowledge on SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud solution will be preferred
• Minimum 4 to 6 SAP implementations experience using Logistics Execution Solutions
• Minimum of 15 years of SAP experience
