Purpose and Objectives
This Finance & Risk COE Specialist will be responsible for scaling the Office of CFO (oCFO) Solution selling motions to large enterprises as well as Small Medium businesses. The specialist will work with Market Unit team identifying, creating and running demand generation programs, enabling and scaling the local sales teams and driving top sales opportunities. This is a role with responsibility for growing oCFO revenue in APJ region, also through all channels including partners in the market units.
Responsibilities
Define target market & segments, Plan and Build demand generation programs for various pillars of oCFO Solutions, specifically around Billing & Revenue Management (BRIM).
Keep track of sales and pipeline with respect to sales play and market segments.
Strategic Deal support for top opportunities in positioning oCFO Solutions
Device deal progression activities for various segments to progress the oCFO opportunities.
Be a domain expert for oCFO and be the go-to-person for field colleagues looking for support and advice.
Drive Enablement Activities both internally and externally to help to scale local teams to drive oCFO sales plays
Collaborate with global teams to quickly take advantage of global best practices
Collaborate with SAP Partners and drive joint GTM for oCFO Solutions
Evangelize oCFO portfolio to various other line of business teams
Qualification
10+ years’ experience in oCFO Solutions, with experience in Solution Selling & business development. Experience at a large, multi-national software/technology organization is a plus.
5+ Years in Finance operations with a clear understanding of finance processes.
Sales exposure, as well as working with wider team including presales, industry, product development at an enterprise software vendor.
Master’s Degree in finance, Chartered Accountant(CA) OR Cost & Management Accountant(CMA). Management Degree will be a plus.
Expert Knowledge in oCFO Solutions, including deep knowledge of the offerings in the market today. Expert in any of the two solution pillars mentioned below:
Core S/4Hana Finance solution offering
Governance, Risk & Compliance
Billing, Revenue & Innovation management (BRIM)
Serve as the domain knowledge and thought leader for SAP Finance and Risk solutions
Experience in packaging, positioning, and taking solutions to market
Solution understanding of SAP’s software portfolio
Ability to work effectively in a complex matrix environment and virtual team.
Excellent communication (oral and written), presentation, program management and organizational skills.
Management/Leadership experience with Cloud Mindset.
Willingness to travel (25%- 50% travel)
A self-starter, with energy and drive and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Hands on consulting experience is a must
