SUMMARY
Human Experience Management (HXM) Practice within SAP Solution Delivery Centre helps our customers in their journey towards HR digital transformation leveraging SAP HXM solutions suite including SuccessFactors, HCM, Employee Experience, Innovation, Intelligent technologies, etc. We serve customers across industries & geographies in an Integrated Delivery model maximizing remote delivery mainly working for Implementation projects, Advisory, Solution Architecting services, and also supporting new opportunities during presales phase. Team also works on various Initiatives at Practice & Organization level and gets opportunities for holistic professional & personal development.
The Role:
Work independently as part of multi-cultural teams delivering SuccessFactors solutions to the customers
Work with the customers to understand their requirements and provide them the right solutions
Able to guide the customers, both on site as well as offshore, on the SAP Best Practices for quick win
Experience of working in remote delivery model
Application specific solution consulting (for a specific application: creation of business blueprint/configuration workbook, Implementation based on a blueprint, creation of test cases, test scheduling and execution, key user training, go live support, and post go live support)
Performance of feasibility studies / solution reviews
Support of pre-sales activities
Taking over responsibility from time to time as a sub project team leader
Conducting requirement gathering workshops & Trainings
Industry /corporate process implementation across all related applications (SAP/non-SAP)
Develop and Assure quality of process models
Demonstrating basic knowledge of modeling standards and tools
Role Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent
Minimum of 5 years application consulting experience (at least 3 years of SAP implementation experience)
Good experience & knowledge on SuccessFactors solution – Employee Central and/or Talent modules
Certified in at least one SuccessFactors module
At least three end-to-end implementation experience in SuccessFactors
Good Knowledge of SAP Cloud methodologies (Launch, Activate)
Good knowledge on the HR Business Processes
Good Communication skills, both oral and written
Good Knowledge of SAP HCM On-premise solution (Optional)
Understanding of industry specific business processes (if applicable)
SF Integration knowledge would be a plus
EC Payroll experience & skills would be a plus
