Roles and Responsibilities1. Should be responsible for all HR & Admin-related activities viz., engagement of contractors and its manpower and ensuring all related compliance.2. Implementation of OTPC HR Policy and CDA rules in close coordination with Head Office. Payroll, ESIC, etc.3. Execution of Training and Development initiatives. Identifying TNIs, designing and executing Training plans, and evaluating training effectiveness4. Shall be responsible for general administration5. Ensure 100% statutory compliance in all respect e.g. factories act, contract labour & Abolition Act, Industrial Disputes Act, and other labour laws etc.6. Liaison with various Govt. departments and Trade unions.7. Ensuring harmonious Industrial Relations in the plant, conducting periodic meetings with the contractor’s workers representatives and grievance handling & addressing day to day issues8. Any other work assigned from time to time.Desired Candidate Profile1. Should have hands-on experience in various aspects of human resource / Industrial Relations / Administration / legal functions / CSR activities in a large manufacturing organization.2. Must have adequate legal/statutory knowledge to handle HR &IR issues3. Must have excellent drafting and liaison skill4.
