**Job Description:**
The Front Office Associate is often the first point of contact for our guests and plays a crucial role in shaping their overall experience. This position involves providing guests with information, answering inquiries, taking reservations, and providing exceptional service.
**Responsibilities:**
* Welcome guests on arrival and provide them with information about amenities, area attractions, and the hotel.
* Process reservations, assign rooms, issue keys, and coordinate with bell service.
* Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently and in a friendly and professional manner.
* Manage all communication with guests including phone calls, emails, and face-to-face interactions.
* Resolve guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction.
* Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
* Handle cash drawer and process payments accurately.
* Perform basic administrative tasks such as emailing, filing, and paperwork.
**Requirements:**
* Hotel Management diploma or equivalent .
* Previous experience in front office operations, preferably in the hospitality industry.
* Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to work well under pressure.
* Proficiency in using hotel management software and basic computer applications.
* A friendly and professional demeanor.
* The ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
* Multilingual skills are a plus but not required.
