We are looking for a dynamic and experienced individual as a Senior Human Resources Officer who will be responsible for the HR, IR functions, assist the HR team members in organizing team-building activities and must have sound knowledge and a good understanding of employment-related rules and regulations.
You should possess outstanding communication skills, good leadership abilities and excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Responsibilities
Planning and implementing various HR and IR plans according to the company’s needs.
Building effective hiring, onboarding, and management procedures.
Evaluating the training and development programs.
Implementing extensive compensation and benefits plans.
Helping HR personnel in organizing team-building activities.
Managing new talent acquisition program for the new joinees.
Contributing to the healthy work structures.
Building a positive working environment for the team members.
Analyzing the effectiveness of various Human Resources tools.
Staying abreast of government regulations and state policies.
Requirements
Master’s degree in HRM, Strategic Management, Business Administrator, or a related field.
10+ years of working experience in the Human Resources and Industrial Relations.
Strong knowledge and understanding of various HR and IR functions.
Ability to demonstrate excellent leadership and negotiation skills.
Outstanding understanding of various labor laws and regulations.
Ability to solve complex problems promptly and amicably.
Good communication and organizational skills.
