Responsibilities
Proven track record as a good technical recruiter
Technical expertise with an ability to understand JDs
Good knowledge of sourcing resumes and qualifying.
Ability to handle first round of interview in IT Technologies.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate with hiring managers.
Good knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel for creating reports.
Handling the first round of HR Interviews to judge the candidate`s suitability for technical and personal behavior, academic, experience, & communication skills.
Scheduling interviews, hand holding the candidates till onboarding and follow-up calls with candidates post joining.
Strong team player with a positive attitude to achieve given targets on time.
