We are looking for a proactive, resourceful and highly organised Specialist/Senior Specialist, Global Onboarding Technology, Communications, Data and Operations to join our team as we continuously innovate and evolve our best in class Onboarding programs. As a Specialist /Senior Specialist, Global Onboarding Technology, Communications, Data and Operations, you will build trusted relationships with the broader Onboarding team, cross-functional partners, and internal stakeholders to support the strategy of our Tech, Comms, Data and Operation pillars, and elevate the quality of our internal solutions. You will also manage our Trail Map Onboarding tool.
The ideal candidate is passionate about Onboarding, possesses a growth mindset, builds trusted relationships with diverse stakeholders, effectively balances attention to detail with the big picture, and constantly applies analytical thinking to identify obstacles and risks before they arise. They are accountable, empathetic, process-driven, action-oriented, and they understand the impact that a strong operational foundation and innovative solutions have on both team performance and end-user experience.
Responsibilities:
Technology, Communications & Data
Technology
Managing Trail Map; our onboarding checklist app for new hires. This includes overseeing the tool’s roadmap, creating and maintaining resources, partnering with key stakeholders, training support teams and managing complex escalations.
Build, together with the team, tech playbooks and toolboxes for the Global Onboarding team, with the goal to inspire, facilitate and support tech adoption across the board.
Partner with Global Onboarding program owners to drive continuous improvement, innovation and scalability of the tech solutions that the team adopts.
Communications
Be the Global Onboarding Comms subject matter expert in APAC, supporting the regional team’s communications and messaging needs, partnering with stakeholders, capturing regional feedback and and driving alignment around our overall Comms strategy.
Partnering with our Japan team to manage our localisation strategy and workflows.
Lead the building of dashboards to effectively measure the performance of our communications and identify insights for further improvement.
Data
Be the Global Onboarding Data subject matter expert in APAC, supporting the regional team’s data and reporting needs, capturing regional feedback and and driving alignment around our overall Data strategy.
Lead the building of dashboards to effectively integrate the perceptions and behaviours of our customers across our multiple Global Onboarding touch points.
Operations
Be the Marketing Cloud & Slack subject matter expert in APAC, spearheading the Global Onboarding Operations strategy and driving constant process improvements to scale up and meet our growth expectations.
Lead the execution of our Discovering Salesforce program, managing stakeholders, overseeing the preparations and delivering sessions in India and occasionally APAC.
Support the execution of our Becoming Salesforce program, aligning with stakeholders, overseeing the preparations and delivering sessions in India and occasionally APAC.
Provide agile support to the Global Onboarding teams and programs in APAC.
Minimum Requirements:
5+ years working in a professional environment; preferably in HR, Onboarding, Enablement or Operations.
Strong written and verbal skills; able to concisely convey messages with impact.
Confident and proven presenter; able to engage an audience.
Ability to focus on the details while remaining agile and flexible enough to shift tactics in order to move forward.
Strong accountability and proven ability to work independently.
Experience working with an international team.
English proficiency
Excel / Google sheets proficiency
Preferred Requirements
Familiarity with Salesforce technology and Google Apps.
Strong passion for corporate culture building and employee engagement.
Experience in project management.
Experience working in communications teams.
Experience working with data.
