RESPONSIBILITIESn

Develop key capabilities within the Salesforce platform according to best practices and within company guidelinesn
Utilise agile development principles to deliver business functionality in small batch s.n
Adhere to strict deployment methodology to ensure that all code and configuration is captured in source control and the integrity of the system is maintained.n
Build reusable code and libraries for future use which optimise application for maximum speed and scalabilityn
A strong focus on testing including good coverage with unit tests and automated testingn

QUALIFICATIONSn

A minimum of experience 5 years as a Salesforce developern
Experience delivering in a fast-paced environmentn
Experience working with and developing on Salesforce Communitiesn
Intermediate experience with online documentation tools such as Confluencen
Intermediate experience with the agile project management platform Jiran
A methodical and analytical approach to workingn
A technical acumen to think critically and converse with BAs and architectsn
Excellent oral and written communication skills to allow for the accurate and efficient communication with stakeholders and staffn
A good understanding of various integration technologies, particularly RESTful APIs.n
Salesforce Developer 401 &amp 501 Certification or equiv. and preferably Platform App Builder and Platform Developer In
Experience working with source control and continuous delivery platforms such as BitBucketn
A solid working understanding of Salesforce governor limits and proven experience of building solutions that are operate successfully within themn
Experience with building and maintaining Process Builder workflowsn
Experience developing for and working in Lightningn
Knowledge of web technologies like Javascript, HTML/CSS and XMLn
