ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute recruiting plansNetwork through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups, social media, and employeesDevelop and track goals for the recruiting and hiring processCoordinate and implement college recruiting initiativesHandle administrative duties and record-keepingCollect data on cost per hire and time-to-hireScreen applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirementsWork with hiring managers to create job descriptionsConduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementationDevelop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of needResearch and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruitingWork on Building Team Culture and host remote team events.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹200,000.00 – ₹360,000.00 per yearBenefits:Flexible scheduleWork from homeSchedule:Day shiftApplication Question(s):What would you do differently if hired as an HR?What is your current/last CTC?
