Achieve the territory Sales Targets. Interface with dealers/farmers and the organization on regular basis.
Principal Accountabilities
• Absolute owner of the numbers for the territory (accountable). Execute the Territory business plan(including forecasting, and sales volume achievement). Focus on medium to big feeders (15 to 50 milk cows). Build and maintain relationships. Service the farmer through Walk Through, Rationing & data collection in coordination of Area Sales Manager. 40%
• The territory being handled by this role has a market with scattered diary farms covering a radius of more than 250 km and this role needs to identify and manage dealership to achieve territory sales volume. Appoint dealers in consultation with ASM. 30%
• Collect feedback from dealers/market/ competition/farmers and report to ASM. Manage appropriate communication between the company and dealers /farmers. 10%
• Plan and lead small FGMs and mass meetings Fair with focus on sales promotion. Collect and execute sales orders by coordinating between a dealer and company. 10%
• People management and training off-role resources. 10%
Education, Experience, Skills
Required Qualifications
• Graduate in any field
• 3-5 years of sales experience required with industry/technical knowledge.
• Analytical written and oral communication
• Planning, execution and people management
Preferred Qualifications
• Post Graduation in Marketing (or) Sales Management
• Hindi Proficient & knowledge of English preferable
• Agricultural experience preferable
