Roles and Responsibilities:
Visit the retailers (pet stores/chains) regularly.
Continuously Monitor & Improve Channel Partner/Distributor.
Network expansion, correction & Channel management strategies for each product, town category.
Make brand, product promotions and aware retailers (pet stores) about the new scheme, offers, and products.
Advice and guide retailers 360* for improving the pet store business and be a value adder.
Build contact to create new business opportunities.
Develop channel and market strategies for area distribution encompassing outlet coverage, availability and visibility.
Build positive and impacting relationship with all channel partners/distributors with in the framework of company policies.
Analyze sales outlet performance at regular intervals to initiate corrective action.
Work along with the Area Sales Manager / Sales Manager and backend Partner`s Relationship Managers to speed up and improve productivity.
Desired Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will have significant experience in Pet industry or Retail (General + Modern Trade / B2B) or FMCG Foods & Personal Care products for at-least 2-10 years.
Willingness to learn, innovate, take initiative, and think out of the box.
Strong distributor management skills.
Well versed with Retail market.
