Responsibilities:
● Responsibilities include planning, directing and coordinating software development projects from initiation through implementation.
● Develop high-level project plans and ensure the scope and approach are fully understood by all stakeholders
● Develop and coordinate project schedules, resources, change requests.
● Monitor and communicate the progress of project delivery and ensure timely and effective communication of project status
● Prepare high level functional requirements documentation
● Work with Program Managers, Director of PMO, and Vice President of Applications Development, to ensure quality and timely delivery of small projects
● Develop high-level project plans and ensure that scope is fully understood by all stakeholders
● Articulate functional and technical concepts, as well as possess a working understanding of the inter-dependencies between technical tasks
● Identify and track key project milestones and measurement ing (base-lining, critical path)
● Negotiate and influence cross-functional teams to ensure appropriate resourcing levels are engaged and maintained throughout the course of the project life cycle
Essential Functions:
● Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel
● Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team Reconcile Management Team’s expenses and Corporate Credit Card bills
● Determine and assess need for additional staff and/or consultants and make the appropriate recruitments if necessary during project life cycle
● Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders
● Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team
