Job Roles:
● Maintenance of Cash & Cash Books
● Drafting of Vouchers, taking approvals, and processing payments
● Managing Expense Invoices, Scanning, and Filling
● Reviewing TDS & GST on Invoices
● Visiting Banks and Govt Offices
● Drafting P.O., taking approvals, follow upon receipt of goods
● Support in overall payments processing
● Managing couriers
● Supporting admin & purchase team members as and when required
Skillset:
● Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
● Must know how to use Google to find solutions, independently
● Good understanding of Accounting, and Accounting packages like Tally ERP, Quickbooks
● Good understanding of TDS and GST
● Good emails writing skills
● Proficient in English communication and interpersonal skills
