Full Job DescriptionJob descriptionFrom technical management to marketing, the company ensures its team is continuously trained to meet the changing trends and provide the best solutions for its customers.Be a part of a fast-growing and talented teamContinuous opportunities to learn and develop your careerThe Job RoleYou will be responsible for:· Supporting the operation, administration, and data integrity of the monitored systems to ensure efficient operations and increase the effectiveness· Resolving dialer issues and performing backups, maintenance and troubleshooting.· Recommending enhancements and providing testing for the monitoring software.· Installation of windows, software as well as assembling/disassembling of systems.· Having strong knowledge of LAN.· Internet sharing, dialer management and keeping system records.The Profile· You possess a Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.· You have at least 2 years experience in an IT Technician or similar role, in a Call Centre / BPO / KPO· You are skilled with Dialers, Troubleshooting, Networking, VPN, Hardware firewall devices.· You are familiar with Linux & Windows operating systems.· You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard· You are highly goal-driven and work well in fast-paced environments· You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical dataExpected Start Date: 15/9/2021Job Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹12,086.00 – ₹18,117.00 per monthSchedule:Fixed shiftExperience:total work: 1 year (Preferred)Work Remotely:No
