Sr. HR Executive: – 01
Job Responsibilities: –
i) Assist with all internal and external
ii) Participating in developing organizational guidelines and procedures
iii) Recommend strategies to motivate employees
iv) Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, conducting reference checks and issuing Employement contracts
v) Investigate complaint’s brought forward by the employees
vi) Co-ordinate employees development plans and performance management
vii) Perform orientations and update records of new staff
viii) Manage the organization’s employee database and prepare reports
ix) Produce & submit reports on general HR activity
x) Assist with budget monitoring and payroll
xi) Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices
Preferred Qualification: –
i) Bachelors or above degree 5+ Years recruiting or HR coordination experience
ii) Working in a medium to high volume, hiring-bar environment
iii) Strong sourcing skills with a track record of implementing innovative and effective strategies for sourcing passive candidates
iv) Strong communications and Influencing skills Ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationship
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹30,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month
