Roles & Responsibilities: Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms)Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidatesScreen incoming resumes and application formsInterview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)Advertise job openings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internalyProvide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managersParticipate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment eventsCollaborate with managers to identify future hiring needsAct as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard*Skills & Competencies: *Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar roleExperience with sourcing techniquesUnderstanding of referral programsSolid verbal and written communication skillsQual & Exp.: MBA-HR or Equivalent2 to 3 yrs of experience as HR RecruiterJob Type: Full-timeSchedule:Day shiftEducation:Master’s (Preferred)Experience:HR Recruiter: 3 years (Preferred)Work Remotely:No
