Exp- 2 to 6 years Home Health coding and OASIS review experience.

Salary- 35000 to 65000+ Joining Bonus+ Other Benefits.

Certified / Non Certified both can apply.

Immediate Joiners preferred.

Initially it will be Work from HOME and system will be provided from clients end.

Job Description:

• Provide coding assistance in the patient charts using ICD 10 CM and CMS coding

guidelines.

• Reviewing OASIS, DC OASIS. Level 3 full review of each patients throughout the

episode.

• Assist overall revenue cycle functions like coding, OASIS review, 485 auditing, QA

process. This is for all disciplines including PT, OT, ST, PTA, COTA and HHA MSW.

• Observes and reports unusual patterns in data collection and/or lack of adequate

documentation for code assignments.

• Review documentation and provide ICD 1 0 coding recommendations based on

current coding and Oasis guidelines and PDGM Guidelines.

• Must be self-motivated, responsive, and committed to communicate with the

management/supervisor closely via high tech communication modules.

• Perform other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time by the

immediate superior.
