Job Responsibilty
This position is based in Chennai & will cover both Tamil Nadu & Kerala
Role Responsibilities:
Business Development and Sales
Evaluate the market environment, estimate the Demand and competitive analysis
Responsible for Budget preparation. Financial responsibility for budgeting, sales analysis, forecasting and profitability, Develop and manage the yearly/quarterly budget for all areas of responsibility
Prepare monthly sales plan & estimate the inventory requirement at C & F level
Review sales & provide rolling analysis every month
Management of the top line sales and gross margins in their region
Responsible for directing all of the activities in Marketing, Sales for Business in the particular region
Development of sales, sales channels, Sales promotional items and activities and sales support
Identifying and network with key / large customers ( with volume Business) and build relationship, thereby promoting business
Responsible for the total Business in the region for new and existing customers
Execution of Marketing Plan
Responsible for Business Analysis and planning for new product launches
Execution of the sales promotion plan through his sales force in each territory and supervising the same
Development and Implementation of Regional Specific Strategies
Make a proper record of all the sales promotion activities and their expenses along with the sales generated from the promotions (feedback on efficacy of the various campaigns)
Responsible for driving Regional Marketing activities (CME, Conference participation)
Others
Monitor all compliances relating to product Placement, IPC compliance, documentation, reporting in clarify, and manage critical customer issues
Conducting Regional Team Meetings every quarter
Responsible for recruitment of the sales Team
Management of Regional expenses-travel, marketing within allocated budgets
Generate Reports in Clarify
Who You Are:
You will have a successful and considerable proven track record in leading people, preferably acquired in the healthcare industry. To be considered for this role, you will need a Degree educated or equivalent in engineering, scientific or related field and to evidence your success in service delivery; a proven track record of developing strong relationships with key stakeholders to the highest decision making level leading to successful business outcomes. A strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to prioritize and deliver, you can drive change and adoption of new concepts.
With confidence and passion, you will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and be able to communicate with maximum impact.
Resilient, tenacious, you strive under pressure, working effectively as part of a close-knit team in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment with shifting priorities and multiple deadlines. With strong analytical skills, you are at ease working with technical and scientific information.

As the Zonal Manager – Pathology Labs Roche Diagnostics India & NM, you will be expected to demonstrate We@RD dimensions and help evolve the functions culture beliefs as part of the India journey.
Experience Required: 10+ years of experience in Pathology Lab, of which at least 5 years should be in a Multinational Company.
