Job Description:

• Overall coordination and Execution of Instrument Management (Medical Devices) from Supply Chain Perspective
• Close coordination with Sales, Customer Engineers, Carriers to schedule Installation
• Work with Roche Professional team to get the old/damage/return instruments repaired & get it ready for further placements.
• Reverse Logistics and to work with planning team on instruments ordering based on forecast, pending orders.
• Ensuring availability of stocks for smooth business requirements
• Documentation process as per requirements for various orders and placement.
• Close Follow-up with CFA on instrument/orders stock availability, GRN & dispatches for timely delivery at customer end & regional warehouses.
• Monthly MIS to internal stakeholders
• Inventory Management.
• 3 PL Management from administration and cost perspective
• Complaint Management analysis, resolution and closure.
• Evaluation of Delivery performance
• Warehouse storage – Temperature sustainability / deviation report.
• Monitoring of Key Performance Indicators on monthly basis.
• Monitoring key customers orders from procurement to till delivery

Job Requirements:

• Graduation; Management graduate is preferable
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in similar field and industry
• Person should be customer focused, solution oriented, a team player, results driven with analytical skills and foresightedness.
• Familiar with SAP and other ERP systems.
• Have good grip over excel and other communication tools.
